Job Description
Leadership Public Schools is seeking a Mathematics Teacher for a part-time to full-time position in Oakland, CA. The role involves planning and delivering rigorous, systematic, differentiated instruction to students. Teachers will focus on student assessment, data analysis, and differentiating instruction to maximize academic progress. Strong collaboration and communication with parents and school community are essential.
Requirements
- Any combination equivalent to
- Valid California Teaching Credential with English Learner Authorization or a degree major in the subject area or at least 18 semester units or 9 upper division semester units in the subject area
- Knowledge of instructional programs, methods, and practices that differentiate and accelerate student learning and achievement
- Effective communication skills
- Working effectively across diverse communities
