FP&A Lead

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Team Lead to build, scale, and strategically lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function at Leadtech. This role requires a senior finance leader with strong business acumen, advanced analytical expertise, and a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in Finance
• Strong background in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or tech-driven businesses
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex analysis, strategic transformation, and cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to lead small teams, assigning responsibilities to maximize individual and team potential
• Exceptional collaborator, capable of aligning strategies and goals across multiple departments
• Expert in advanced financial modeling (P&L, Cash Flow, scenario analysis)
• Proficiency in financial systems; experience with Qlik and SAP is a strong advantage
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex datasets
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented, proactive mindset
• Comfortable operating with high levels of autonomy and accountability
• Fluency in Spanish and English
