Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Web Subscription business, responsible for scaling acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on profitability, experimentation, and long-term value.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale
- Proven ownership of 8-figure monthly budgets in performance marketing environments
- Deep understanding of performance fundamentals: bidding, auction dynamics, incrementality, attribution, experimentation
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance beyond surface metrics
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
