Senior Software Engineer (Front End)

LeadVenture is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Front End) to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in frontend development, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology, and strong proficiency in React/Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

Requirements

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React/Angular and TypeScript.
• Convert and modernize existing Angular-based UI into React using AI-assisted engineering workflows and automation tooling.
• Build reusable UI components, design systems, and scalable frontend architecture.
• Leverage AI coding assistants and Generative AI tools to accelerate development, refactoring, documentation, and test generation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Research and adopt new frontend technologies, patterns, and best practices.
• Produce high-quality deliverables aligned with product roadmap and sprint commitments.
• Document architecture decisions, component usage, and development guidelines.
• Create web graphics and UI assets using Adobe Photoshop.
• Work from the office three days per week.
