Growth Marketing Automation Manager (AI-Enabled )

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Automation Manager (AI-Enabled) to own and optimize email nurture and retargeting database programs, reporting to the VP of Demand Generation. The individual will be responsible for new business pipeline creation and stage acceleration through automated marketing programs.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in B2B marketing automation, nurture/lifecycle programs, or demand generation
• Strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot
• Proven experience with HubSpot and Salesforce alignment
• Track record owning and optimizing nurture programs tied to growth and pipeline outcomes
