Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer will serve as the senior operational leader for a rapidly scaling, private equity backed pizzeria platform. This role will own all restaurant-level performance across an expanding multi-brand and multi-unit portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior multi-unit leadership in QSR, fast casual, or restaurant platforms
• Experience operating at scale in a private equity or high-growth environment
• Strong track record of building teams and scaling multi-market restaurant operations
• Deep understanding of unit economics, EBITDA drivers, and operational KPIs
• Hands-on, disciplined, and highly execution-oriented leader
