Job Description
The Director of Franchise Operations is responsible for helping franchise owners increase sales and decrease operational costs by coaching them on effective operations and providing advice and assistance.
Requirements
- Partner with franchisee to diagnose barriers and develop business plans
- Collect and maintain knowledge of key business metrics
- Ensure franchisee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist franchisee with assessing talent and developing a capital plan
- Serve as franchisee representative and advocate
- Fully understand new programs and decisions
- Proven ability to deliver results and influence decisions
