Vice President of Learning and Development

The Vice President of Learning and Development will lead and execute field training and development strategies, programs, curriculum, and learning systems. This role requires a minimum of 10+ years of training management experience and 5+ years of executive-level management experience.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Training or related field required
• Minimum of 10+ years’ training management experience in instructional design, adult learning theory and current training methods, as well as needs/job task analysis required
• 5+ Years of executive level management
• A minimum of two years of Project Management experience required
