Job Description

They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help customers maximize the value of the Leapsome platform and drive growth.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, or similar customer-facing experience
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Proven track record managing customer renewals and driving net revenue retention
- Skills in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero)
