Leapsome is a fast-growing scale-up taking over the People Performance & Enablement space. We're looking for a Lifecycle and Customer Marketing Manager to own our email and lifecycle marketing engine, designing and executing smart, automated campaigns to nurture and convert prospects into opportunities, and building customer marketing programs to deepen engagement with our 1,800+ customers.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in lifecycle and email marketing in B2B SaaS
- Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and Reachdesk
- Fluency in email best practices—deliverability, segmentation, testing, workflows/automation, and performance analytics
- Ability to think in funnels and metrics: conversion rates, pipeline, and revenue impact
- Collaborative partner who enjoys working with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success
