Requirements

• Independently find and describe new opportunities
• Conduct user research, data analysis, and market exploration to uncover opportunities for autonomous innovation across the testing cycle
• Define Epics and user stories with clear, specific, and measurable outcomes
• Ensure we continuously ship high-quality features
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Engineers, and QA to build elegant, AI-infused user experiences that make complex testing effortless
• Actively manage the product backlog and ensure the team builds the right thing, the right way in due time with external & internal commitments
• Work with QA to ensure proper testing and validation of functionality
• Champion experimentation and data-driven iteration as key parts of our autonomous system design philosophy
• Evaluate opportunities through the lens of customer value and business growth, not just feature output
• Analyze post-launch performance, user behavior, and adoption signals to refine the roadmap
