Job Description
Lear is seeking an Account Manager to drive the future of automotive. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and negotiating product offers, developing offer strategies, and working closely with the project team.
Requirements
- Successful completion of degree in economics or engineering, or alternatively commercial/technical training
- Professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably in purchasing, sales, program management, or development at an automotive supplier or OEM
- Business fluent English skills
- Ability to work in a team and communication skills in an international environment
- Economic thinking and customer orientation
- Negotiation skills and independent working style
