AME Manager - Maintenance

We are seeking an AME Manager - Maintenance to support all Maintenance activities for EU & Africa JIT and Structures Plants, implement the defined robust EU Maintenance strategy, and collaborate with Maintenance Plant Teams to develop Lear Maintenance Standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering / Mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience
• Good command of written and verbal English, (German would be a plus)
• Knowledge of Equipment, Automation, Controls, Poka-Yokes, Electrical, Equipment Safety, MFMEA, FMECA, TPM, RCM
• Knowledge of equipment criticality assessment, maintenance strategies, RCA
• Very good command of MS-Office, MS-Project, AutoCAD, Power BI, SQL server, and SQL queries
• Clear understanding of Lean principles and personal commitment to continuous improvement
• Leadership skills, strong communicator, and team player
• Autonomous, highly motivated and result oriented working style with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
