The role involves ensuring the accuracy of accounting and compliance with tax regulations, recording monthly accounts, controlling accounts, and preparing tax declarations. Requirements

• Accurate recording of monthly and reconciliation of monthly general accounting records.
• Account and control of manually prepared general accounts.
• Control of accounts supplied through interface and correction of any anomalies.
• Monitoring of overhead and social accounts.
• Control of company intercompany accounts with other group subsidiaries.
• Preparation/payment of periodic tax declarations, C3S, TVS, CFE, DADS2, investigations, the Bank of France.
• Preparation/payment of the purchase invoices (DA) and creation of Coupa.
• Processing of payments and authorizations (PO) under Coupa.
• Processing of refund payments and accounting under QAD, Winscp, CITI.
• Monitoring and processing of monthly netting.
• Data entry into bank statements and monthly cash flow projections (CVS).
• Archiving of financial documents on the network.
