Job Description
Lear Corporation is seeking a Controls & Automation Engineer to join their Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing program changes to reduce machine downtime and improve system efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.)
- 3+ years of experience with PLCs, HMI's, automation equipment, and electric torque control equipment
- Experience with Rockwell software, Siemens programming, and Fanuc / ABB Robots and Vision Systems
- Superb interpersonal skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, decision making skills, communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and self-motivation
