We are seeking a Candidate for the position of Customer Quality Engineer. As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for cooperating with clients in matters of comprehensive quality, monitoring and supervision of customer assessment indicators, and management of customer complaints.
Requirements
- Experience in the area of quality and working with customers
- Experience in the automotive industry - min. 2 years
- Knowledge of English, optional additional foreign language
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of quality methods, system and tools
- Knowledge of: Core Tools, customer requirements, CQI
- Very good knowledge of the Office package
- Leadership skills and high-developed interpersonal skills
- Thoroughness, accuracy and audit skills
- Availability and willingness to travel for business (up to 10% of working time per year)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, 19011
- Knowledge of the SAP system will be an additional asset
