Lear is a global automotive technology leader in Seating and E-Systems, enabling superior in-vehicle experiences for consumers. The Europe FP&A Analyst role is a key position in financial reporting to senior leadership within Lear, requiring a minimum of 3 years reporting experience.
Requirements
- Business Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Finance, preferably in international commercial / manufacturing environment
- Very good Excel and HFM knowledge
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong USGAAP and accounting knowledge
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and on own initiative
- Stress resistance in a fast pace, multitask working environment
- Reliability in meeting of committed or given deadlines
