As a Launch Leader, you will be the main technical interface between stakeholders, ensuring smooth product planning, design, and industrialization while optimizing process quality, capacity, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering (Master’s a plus)
- Fluent English (German is an advantage)
- Proactive leader with strong communication skills
- Experience in automotive manufacturing
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing (SMT, automation, testing)
