Software Development Engineer II (App Architecture)

Learneo is a platform of builder-driven businesses that is looking for a Software Development Engineer II (App Architecture) to own the overall application architecture and ensure high scalability and resilience. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on development experience on web technologies, 2+ years of experience in designing architecture, and strong expertise in Frontend Technologies such as TypeScript, DOM rendering, and React.

Requirements

• Own the overall application architecture and ensure high scalability and resilience
• Work with Engineering teams to ensure optimum solution design for each of the new features / -modules developed
• Work on POCs for new experiments / technological inclusions, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement Architectural improvements
• Understand and contribute to the product roadmap
• Set up best practices for development and champion their adoption
• Work on and able to set well-scoped milestones of projects and get them delivered on-time with minimal errors and high-quality without any guidance
• Be part of a central team; understand tech requirements and solve them at the organizational level. Can coordinate and work with cross-team functions
• Architectural understanding. Lead projects and execute them with junior engineers. Help, lead, and unblock cross-functional requirements
