Job Description
As early education leaders, we aim to positively influence the next generation of learners in our diverse school network. This role is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the school, fostering a supportive environment for children and staff, and supporting the School Director. The Assistant Director will ensure learning care and social/physical growth, with sole responsibility for school operations during Director's absence.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Previous management experience and at least 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Meet state requirements for education and additional requirements may apply.
