Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Assistant Director for a childcare center. The Assistant Director will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of the school, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, fostering a learning environment, and motivating children. They will also be a team leader and contributor to the school's profitability.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Meet state requirements for education and center/school requirements
