Job Description
Learning Care Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Center Director to manage all School operations. The role focuses on nurturing children's growth through a comprehensive, education-focused approach, while ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment for students and their families. The Director will be responsible for staff management, curriculum implementation, school operations compliance, and recruitment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements
- Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements
- 2 Years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility
- Florida Director Credential is required with VPK Endorsement and 45 hours
