Job Description
We are seeking a Director to join our team who is passionate about thoroughly preparing our students for all the challenges that lie ahead. The Director will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under their care and work with the School's staff to create an environment of learning.
Requirements
- Manage School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans
- Assist with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum
- Be accountable for the operation of the school
- Promote the positive image of the company
- Recruit, select and retain quality staff
- Help achieve profitability for the company
