Job Description
Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Teacher to create interactive learning experiences, care for the children in the preschool classroom, and manage classroom management, curriculum implementation, and licensing guidelines. The role involves building relationships with families and demonstrating a commitment to excellence and holistic child development.
Requirements
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
