Job Description
We are seeking a Career & Pathways Counsellor to guide 14-18 year old learners in their pathway to higher education and life beyond school, based out of our Urban Hub in Barcelona, with monthly visits to our Village Hub and some remote work.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in college counseling, university guidance, secondary education leadership or international student support
- Strong knowledge of international university systems and admissions processes
- Ability to build trust with adolescents and families
- Highly organized, able to manage complex timelines and multiple applications
- Experience designing guidance programs, workshops, and tracking systems
- Tech-savvy with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems
