We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician / Supervisor to support a small residential community in Sunbury, Ohio. The ideal candidate must be confident working independently, managing daily operations, and ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well‐maintained.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• HVAC Certification (Required)
• CFC Certification (Preferred)
• CPO Certification (Preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of hands‐on maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
