Field Operations Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Operations Technician with over five years of experience working in telecommunications. As a Field Technician, you will perform installation, repair, and configuration of telecommunications services, working with clients to provide best-in-class customer service.

Requirements

• Five plus years of experience in telecommunications, business installation and service for electronics, appliances, security, and/or cabling
• Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and customer focused approach
• Degree or diploma from a technical college preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience working in the field independently and thriving in a dynamic environment
• Clear and efficient verbal and written communication skills
