Job Description
We are seeking a Lead HVAC Technician to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. As a steady and positive individual with a strong work ethic, you will be part of a great team that supports our client's vision by constructing buildings that enhance our community.
Requirements
- Make repairs and perform preventative HVAC maintenance.
- Complete jobs on schedule and maintain quality control, completing paperwork accurately.
- Coordinate work schedule with Operation Managers (Building, HVAC).
- Display proper company image to potential clients and within the community.
- Build strong, productive client and subcontractor relationships.
- Perform general laborer duties as needed.
- Always maintain safe delivery and handling practices and follow all company Safety for Life policies.
