Job Description
Our company is dedicated to the whole life cycle of building projects, supporting its clients' vision with enhanced community building. This role involves developing comprehensive safety programs, conducting site inspections, conducting risk assessments, training employees, investigating incidents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Safety Coordinator will collaborate with project managers and team members to integrate safety into daily operations.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safety management within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, safety management systems, and risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
- Ability to navigate construction sites and work in high-risk environments
- Proficiency in safety management software
