Requirements
- Medical Doctor, Board-certified or Board-eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Current Texas medical license
- Adherence to professional Code of Ethics
- Completion of ongoing continuing education for license maintenance
- Good standing with professional licensing board
- Credentialing and privileges must align with Legacy's standards
- Participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and other relevant health benefit programs
- Cultural competency and sensitivity towards all served populations
- Effective communication skills with staff, community, and the public
- Ability to perform key duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Capable of remaining composed under stressful conditions
- Competence in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
