Job Description
Legacy Community Health is seeking an Eligibility Specialist Bilingual to revolutionize patient access to vital health services through innovative solutions and data-driven methodologies. The role involves streamlining the admission process, enhancing patient experience, and championing renewal eligibility. This position focuses on driving effective collaboration and ensuring patient safety.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Background in ICD-A / CPT codes
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting terminology
- Hands-on experience with digital systems and office technology
- Bilingual proficiency (preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices
- Flexibility to travel for training and coverage
