Psychiatrist

The Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations for patients referred from outpatient clinics with psychiatric or behavioral health comorbidities. This role involves conducting examinations, ordering lab tests, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high quality patient care and patient stability. The psychiatrist will also assist with treatment and continue to monitor patients' progress until stabilization.

Requirements

• Graduate of four-year accredited U.S. Medical School or equivalent.
• Completion of a four-year residency in Psychiatry.
• Board eligibility/certification as a Board eligible/certified psychiatrist in the State of Oregon.
• Active member of Legacy Hospital's medical staff.
• Adherence to Legacy’s policies and procedures.
