RN Charge Nurse - Operating Room

Legacy Emanuel Medical Center is seeking a Charge Nurse to coordinate and supervise unit operations in the Operating Room (OR). The role emphasizes patient advocacy, team building, and effective policy implementation. The hospital is a leading provider in serious clinical illnesses, with multiple ORs and support areas. Legacy Emanuel has recently invested in new operating rooms and PACU areas.

Requirements

• Academic degree in nursing (BSN or MSN/MN) required.
• One year of relevant clinical experience at proficient to expert level of practice.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Current applicable state RN license required.
