Job Description
The KC People’s Fund (KCPF) is seeking a dynamic Director of Movement Resources to lead participatory gifting initiatives and strengthen relationships with partners. This role focuses on equity, accountability, and community power, combining strategic project leadership with hands-on execution. The position requires cultivating trust, community, and participation within a growing social justice foundation.
