Director of Sales

The Director of Sales will lead the hotel's sales department, report to the General Manager, and work closely with department heads. The role involves planning, leading, and selling to achieve annual revenue goals, managing customer contracts, and leading a sales team.

Requirements

• Self-starting personality with an even disposition to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and community
• Degree from a four-year college or university preferred
• Minimum of two years' work experience as a branded hotel Director of Sales required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Computer literacy and financial management a must
