At Banner Life Insurance Company, we're a forward-thinking company that transforms purpose into progress. We're seeking a Senior Account Growth Manager to lead the growth agenda, achieve production, growth, and profitability goals, and increase market share within assigned and new accounts.
Requirements
- Assess the overall needs of assigned accounts and recommend growth initiatives
- Drive innovation, research, and development activities for Banner Life and align with growth initiatives of assigned accounts
- Develop client-specific project plans and work across cross-functional teams to achieve prescribed revenue and growth goals
- Track and report on results of growth initiatives and account activity
- Work in collaboration with the National VP to assess new opportunities of distribution relationships
