VP Engineering / Head of Engineering (m/w/d)

We are looking for a VP Engineering / Head of Engineering to lead our Engineering Team, with a focus on AI technologies and data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for technical overall responsibility for our platform, building and coaching the Engineering Team, and ensuring code quality, stability, and security of our solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior engineering or technical leadership role
• Fundamental programming knowledge in Java and Kotlin
• Fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
• Experience in agile development processes and modern software development
• Understanding of AI approaches as well as basic knowledge in the BI/Data area
• Experience in close cooperation with Product and Management
• Clear, pragmatic thinking and decision-making strength
• Interest in Legal Tech or complex data-driven platforms
