Legalist is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation and a strong working knowledge of tort law, medical review, discovery, and litigation strategy.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited top 20 law school
- Active license and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff- or defense-side); trial experience strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of tort law, medical review, discovery, and litigation strategy
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
