Job Description
Legalist is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join their Government Receivables strategy. The role involves underwriting loans backed by government receivables, performing due diligence, assisting with origination, and supporting investment and portfolio management processes. This position requires a background in finance, law, or advisory/consulting, with a strong interest in working in a tech-driven investment firm.
Requirements
- Perform due diligence on prospective credit investments
- Assist with origination team in identifying and closing target counterparties
- Prepare financial models and related analysis
- Assist with origination, underwriting, structuring, portfolio management, operations, technology and marketing
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
