Job Description
LegalMatch is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team with pricing, contracts, and deal structuring. The role focuses on ensuring favorable deal structures and maximizing revenue for the company while meeting customer needs. This is a customer-facing role with strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a deal desk or sales operations role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce (or other CRM systems)
- Experience with pricing strategies and models
- Knowledge of contract review and negotiation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
