Job Description
LegalMatch Philippines is seeking two experienced Senior Accountants to join their Finance team. The role involves leading accounting functions, driving process improvements, and providing financial leadership in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This position requires collaboration with US-based counterparts and a strong focus on accurate, compliant financial reporting and strategic planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Strong expertise in SaaS accounting and revenue recognition under US GAAP (ASC 606)
- Proven track record working effectively with US-based teams across time zones
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and delivering measurable results
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work a partial night shift
