Requirements

• Admitted to practise in New Zealand with at least 8 years' post-qualification experience.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements across various industries and transaction types.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with in-house legal teams and business stakeholders.
• A solutions-oriented mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice.
• Experience directly managing or supervising junior lawyers; collaborative team builder and player who leads by example and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
