Requirements
- At least 5 years' PQE in a reputable legal environment specialising in corporate transactions, particularly private M&A.
- Confidence in running deals and managing negotiations.
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
- A solutions-oriented mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice
- A collaborative team builder and player who leads by example and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
