Job Description
LegalVision is seeking a dynamic Senior Lawyer to join their commercial dispute resolution team. The role offers experience running their own matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to a fast-paced, friendly work environment. The focus is on a broad range of litigious and pre-litigation advisory matters and contracts, consumer law, and a degree of experience in regulator disputes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience at a recognised mid or top tier firm.
- Brilliant attention to detail.
- Efficient and prioritisation skills.
- Commercial acumen and business growth orientation.
- Collaborative and adaptable nature.
- Service-oriented mindset and a love for assisting clients.
- Optimistic and solutions-focused.
- Experience in NSW Courts and the Federal Court is essential.
- Experience in NSW Civil and Tribunal Administrative Tribunal (or other state equivalent body) is highly desirable.
