Job Description
Leggett & Platt is seeking a Program Sourcing Buyer to execute category strategy within the program, manage sourcing activities, and ensure successful project delivery. The role involves sourcing new product development, managing contracts, and contributing to supplier integration. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical or business degree with a strong technical understanding or an equivalent education.
- Experience in international procurement and technical products in the automotive industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (mandatory, and preferred in other languages).
- Basic knowledge of commercial contract law preferred.
