LegionellaDossier is looking for a Frontline Customer Support Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good communication and customer service skills, be fluent in both English and Dutch, and have a passion for customer service.
Requirements
- Demonstrable affinity with technical support for systems / apps / digitalisation
- Proven experience in a customer support environment (B2B/B2C) or any other client-facing role
- Native Dutch + Proficient English
