Engineering Change Administrator

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Change Administrator to join the Audio Video Division in Warsaw, IN. The Engineering Change Administrator (ECA) manages the full Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, including reviewing and routing ECOs, maintaining product master data, and ensuring accurate effectivity dates.

Requirements

• Generate all SAP records to support new product launches including but not limited to material masters, BOM's, routings, incoming inspection requirements, and document management.
• Manage the full ECO (Engineering Change Order) process, including review, routing, documentation, and revision control.
• Maintain and update master data and effectivity dates within SAP/ERP.
• Ensure accurate and timely coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and technical teams.
• Track ECO performance metrics and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
• Participate in SAP/ERP testing and recommend improvements to reporting tools and system functionality.
• Promote safety, compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to company values.
