The Inventory Coordinator will account and store for all inventory in Singapore facility, maintaining accurate records and ensuring consistent stock levels. The role will involve frequent spot and partial audits, investigating material inaccuracies, and collaborating with other team members to ensure accurate inventory management practices.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years hands-on experience in warehouse inventory management & cycle counting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, purchasing, and outside vendors
- Exceptional organization skills, high attention to detail
- Ability to use logic and reasoning, knowledge of math to manage stock keeping and keep calculations precise
- Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups
