Head of Governance Operations (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Head of Governance Operations to shape the secure, resilient, and compliant infrastructure at the heart of our business. You will be a key player in one of the most innovative and challenging missions in German and European FinTech.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technology and IT Security
• Proven track record in leadership and operational management in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of technology, its risks and processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in the financial industry, particularly in leveraging technology standards, frameworks, compliance, and industry-recognized best practices
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with supporting, coordinating and/or outsourcing functions in the Front Office MD area
