Head of operations H/F - Paris

Our client is looking for a Head of Operations to oversee all operations, managing a small team and integrating the company's management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational management in a company developing hardware and software solutions in an international context and growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operational management in a company developing hardware and software solutions (type IoT or equivalent) in an international context and growth
• Experience in managing external partners for installations, project deployments, and MCO; internationally and in contact with C-level profiles
• Mastery of operational management tools ERP (for deployment and project management, continuous improvement)
• High English proficiency (ability to work daily in English; a significant part of our clients/partners are abroad)
• Solid organizational skills, autonomy, and analytical spirit
• Excellent relational, leadership, and motivational skills for a small team
• Good taste for challenge in a technologically innovative, agile, and growing environment
